James is our Director/Client Services Manager, co-ordinating and ensuring all supports are meeting individual and family needs. James has 9 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and wants to share his knowledge with clients and help them live a happy and heathy lifestyle. James believes with the right support all clients can achieve their goals

Robert- Client Service Manager/ Support Worker/Mentor

Robert is one of our support workers/mentors who works with our clients. Robert has 9 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry and is very much a people person and loves to chat with anyone. Roberts Hobbies consist of playing & watching sports and playing on his PS5. Robert wants to use his experience and knowledge to help his clients live a healthy and happy life while supporting clients to achieve all their goals small or big!

Jacob- Support Worker/Mentor

Jacob is one of our Mentors/support workers he is outgoing and active. Jacob likes to be always doing something. Jacob practices jiu jitsu, likes walking his dogs, playing some kind of sport such as basketball or golf and loves playing video games. Jacob has worked in retail and in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. Jacob is definitely a people person, finds he can be quite talkative and friendly. Jacob began doing disability support work because he want to make a difference in peoples lives and believe he has plenty to offer

Darren- Mentor/ Exercise Scientist/ Sport Group Instructor

Darren is one of our support mentors, he believes in helping people live a healthy and active lifestyle. In Darren's spare time you will find him outdoors with his dog Porter. Darren understands the importance in accommodating individual needs by providing a personalised experience. He is passionate about assisting individuals in a fun and supportive environment.

Elijah- Support Worker/Mentor

Elijah is one of our Mentors/support workers he is friendly and outgoing. Elijah has worked in the retail industry for many years and is definitely someone who is easy to talk to. Elijah enjoys all sorts of sports, video games and guitar. Elijah got into support work because he believes they’re nothing better than making new friends, and watching those friends grow and achieve their goals

Brandon- Support Worker/Mentor

working in customer service for over 6 years (2 being in retail and 4 being in realestate) our support worker Brandon is more than experienced in dealing with lots of different personalities/people and loves to have a chat.</p> <p>Brandon’s hobbies consist of playing and watching golf/football, watching movies and going to the gym. Brandon’s experience will allow him to help clients achieve their goals whether that be in the gym or in day to day life.

Having previously worked in the construction industry for many years I developed many skills. From working in a team environment to communicating directly with clients I've always had a passion to help people achieve their goals. I want to use the knowledge and experience I have gained to help people and make a difference in their lives. Becoming a support worker/mentor has shown me how fulfilling it is to help people achieve their goals and enjoy life.

Stefan- Support Worker/Mentor

Stefan studies Law at the University of Adelaide. He is passionate about justice and helping people realise and achieve their goals. Having worked in the relevant industry for 4 years, Stefan regards the role of a support mentor as a relational role built on the principle of common interests and partnership. It is not merely a contractual exchange of work for renumeration rather it is one of kinship.

Connor- Support Worker/Mentor

After finishing school i was a truck driver but felt i was wasting my people skills so i begun coaching junior footy i found a love in supporting and helping people grow and learn so i begun studying primary education in university and love it! i enjoy playing football, keeping fit in the gym and catching up with my friends on a weekend away! Very much a people person and enjoy hearing everyone’s stories!

Kyle- Support Worker/Mentor

Hi I'm Kyle if you haven't met me already I'm one of the support workers/ Mentors for bloom. I've been working in the industry for for over 2 and half years now and am a very much people person who will talk to anyone. Kyle enjoys anything and everything hands on and is willing to give everything a try, you could say he's a jack of all trades. When Kyle isn't working you can find him gyming, Gaming, whipping up a master piece in the kitchen or hiking with his pet Chihuahua Tokyo. When it comes to supporting individuals Kyle can been seen going above and beyond making sure that their needs are being met, whether its domestic cleaning, Health and wellbeing or personal goals and achievements.

After working as a tradesman for 12 years I found a passion for helping people. I decided to pursue a career in Disability Support and have never looked back. The skills and knowledge I have gained through Support Work and mentoring have allowed me to help people smash their goals while becoming more involved in the community and assisting in healthier and positive lifestyles.

Felicia-Team Leader/Support Coordinator/Social Worker

Felicia is our Social Worker/Specialised Support Coordinator/Team Leader who is dedicated to ensuring our families are supported in all areas of their life. Felicia has been working as a Social Worker in the Disability industry for 10 years and has a passion for helping people in anyway she can. Felicia started her career when NDIS was in its trial phase with children and now supports people of all ages. Felicia also has lived experience when it comes to navigating the everchanging NDIS system and understands how it presents from a parent point of view.

Rhiannon-Support Worker/Mentor

Rhiannon is one of our support mentors. Rhiannon has previously worked in the health and fitness industry aswell as being a dental receptionist. She has always been a people person. Rhiannon loves to meet new people and is always happy to help wherever she can. Rhiannon wants to use her knowledge and experience to make a difference in people's lives. After a close family member was diagnosed with ASD Rhiannon decided it was time to make a difference in not just their life but other people's lives, she knew she always wanted to work with people one on one. This is her passion and really loves the work she does.

Janelle has had 8 years of experience in child education and care and has also spent some time as a personal trainer. Janelle has always had a passion for helping others achieve their goals, bringing happiness to their lives and believes it's meaningful to be able to support, guide and make a positive difference in the community and people's lives.

Kayla is one of our support mentors. Kayla has previously worked as a Support Worker along with working at Coles and McDonalds! She has always had the aspiration to help people, to make people laugh, to help achieve their goals and provide overall support. Kayla enjoys meeting new people and forming bonds with clients. Kayla aims for her clients to feel happy, that they are listened too, support them with daily activities and to be a great role model for the client. Kayla has always had a strong will to help improve people’s lives and implement a positive and healthy life style. Kayla loves her job and finds her work meaningful and loves making people happy.

Chloe-Support Coordinator/Support Worker/Mentor

Chloe is one of our support workers/mentors/coordinators. She has previously worked in retail whilst completing her university studies of Social Science and Human Services. Chloe has a passion to create opportunities to see individuals grow and reach their full potential. Chloe has first-hand experience caring for family members with a disability and has seen the importance of having a strong support network. Chloe fully understands the challenges and joy of support work/coordination and is able to support individuals to meet their goals with a caring, understanding and supportive nature. Chloe loves a good chat and is able to provide a listening ear for all of her clients. Chloe was previously a dancer for eleven years and enjoys baking, arts and crafts, going on hikes and playing with her dog. Chloe began working in disability to make a difference in an individuals life and to support them to reach their full capacity.

Krystal-Support Worker/Mentor

Krystal brings a diverse background and a heartfelt dedication to her role at Bloom Support Options. Beginning her career as a hairdresser in 2008, Krystal completed her apprenticeship in 2012 and has since maintained her hairdressing qualifications and skills while expanding her professional horizons.<br /> Since joining the Women's and Children's Health Network in 2012, Krystal has held key roles in Paediatric Emergency, Paediatric Admissions, and the Network Operations Centre, where her strong organizational skills and dedication to assisting others have been instrumental. Her experience at the Network solidified her belief in the profound impact of compassionate support, which inspired her transition to Bloom Support Options for a more direct and meaningful impact.<br /> Beyond her professional pursuits, Krystal finds joy in spending time with her family and exploring new interests. She is excited to bring her blend of administrative expertise and empathetic approach to Bloom Support Options, where she looks forward to contributing to the well-being and development of clients and their families.

I have worked most of my working life in accounts and customer service. I felt after many years that I am wasting what I feel I can give more of out in the community. I have always been told I am a great listener, compassionate and understanding so I thought it was time to change careers and make more use of those things to help better the lives of others that would appreciate me more. Hi! I'm Tamika, I'm a support worker with just over 2 years experience in the field, I've also had experience in my personal life supporting family members with disability. When I first started my career in age care /support work I had found my passion in helping others it gave me so much joy knowing that I was making a difference in someone's life whether it's big or small. Working in this industry has made me grow as an individual, I'm always learning new ways to help and make a difference in others. I've been told that I'm a very caring and calming person to be around and when I'm not working I love being creative or reading a good book, I enjoy most things and love learning new things!

Indya-Support Worker/Mentor

I am currently in my last year of a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, having studied for the last 6 years in the field of both Psychology and Counselling. I have a strong interest in working with both children and adults in the therapeutic field, and I want to educate young people in particular areas. Throughout this time I have gained a strong interest in working with people with Autism, and find happiness in being able to support them in their needs and wants and achieving their goals. I want my clients to feel supported and listened to when working with me, I want to be able to work together and communicate so I can provide them with a fun and comfortable time! My fitness and health are important to me, having studied food and nutrition at university, I like to utilise this knowledge to assist my clients in living a happy and healthy lifestyle. In my fitness I like to do Pilates and Yoga and create my own at home workouts. I also enjoy being creative in both fashion and art, I enjoy painting and listening to music, and have 8 years of fashion and retail experience. The movies is something I enjoy doing, it helps me to relax and unwind.
