School Holiday Groups

Our school holiday social groups focus on community inclusion, fun and friendships.The location changes for each group, giving participants the chance to explore new places and enjoy fresh experiences that encourage problem-solving and social connection.

We promote active participation and encourage participants to try activities they may not have experienced before, helping to build confidence, resilience and social skills in a supportive environment. During each school holiday period, we run two social group events per week. These events vary and may include outings to local parks, swimming centres, bowling, laser tag, movies, community events and recreational centres offering a wide range of engaging activities designed to foster social connections and personal growth.

Jake our Group Event Coordinator, will send out event details 2 to 4 weeks in advance to help families plan ahead. Events are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to suit individual needs and preferences. This group provides a great opportunity for participants to strengthen existing friendships, meet new people, and enjoy meaningful experiences in the community.
