Liana is one of our support workers/mentors. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare corporate services, she has supported frontline staff to deliver quality care. Liana brings a caring, fun and understanding personality to her role, driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference.

Her professional background, combined with personal experience supporting neurodivergent family members, has shaped her strong values of empathy, patience and adaptability. Liana believes life is richer when people feel truly heard, and she is committed to providing compassionate, clear communication and dependable support in everything she does.

Outside of work, Liana enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on adventures, exploring new places and embracing new experiences.
